Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Vitarsis provides a thirty (30) day refund eligibility period for qualifying physical product purchases. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, a customer may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the applicable order is received by the customer.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact Vitarsis customer support within the applicable refund eligibility period and provide sufficient information to identify the order, including the customer name, email address used at purchase, order number if available, and the reason for the requested return.
Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the thirty (30) day eligibility period may be declined at Vitarsis' sole discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Return of Physical Products
For physical goods, approval of a refund request may be conditioned upon the customer's return of the purchased product to the return address designated by Vitarsis. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back in a reasonably complete and returnable condition, including all included components, accessories, packaging, or materials where practicable.
Vitarsis reserves the right to withhold or deny a refund where returned goods are materially damaged, incomplete, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition inconsistent with ordinary inspection and handling by the customer.
4. Refund Amount and Processing
Upon timely receipt and inspection of the returned product, Vitarsis will issue a refund of the purchase price paid for the qualifying item. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction unless Vitarsis determines, in its reasonable discretion, that another refund method is necessary or appropriate.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, issuing bank, card network, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
5. Shipping Charges and Return Costs
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Vitarsis in writing, shipping, handling, expedited processing, and return postage costs are not guaranteed to be refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Vitarsis or a product defect confirmed by Vitarsis.
6. Digital Products and Bonus Materials
Where a physical purchase includes complimentary digital products, bonus materials, account access, audio files, guides, protocols, or other digital content, such digital items are provided as ancillary materials associated with the original order. Vitarsis may revoke, suspend, or disable access to such digital materials upon issuance of a refund.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and Final Determinations
Vitarsis reserves the right to deny refund requests that, in its reasonable judgment, appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, inconsistent with this policy, or otherwise made in bad faith. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under governing law.
